Synopsis for "Eight Miles High"

People fled the precinct when Gograh had arrived. Gograh demanded the release of his son Ernesto, while Jetman attempted to reason with him. Meanwhile, Kemlo sat in front of a woman who he claimed had given him a finger and fainted. Shock-Headed Pete brought Micromaid outside to shrink Gograh. Afterwards, Synaesthesia and King Peacock continued to question Marta, with Fischmann acting as her lawyer. Marta told the two officers about a rave joint called Chemicals and Lightning, where she had hidden with her boyfriend. Synaesthesia requested assistance from Jeff and Robyn for their case. After they had left, Peregrine visited Micromaid in pathology and found her examining the woman who had fainted earlier: Annette "Neutral 'Nette" Duvalle. Annette regained consciousness and Kemlo asked if she remembered anything that had happened to her. Synaesthesia, King Peacock, and Spaceman went to the Hall of Genius Nazis to look for Marta's and Graczik's stash of drugs. During their investigation, they found a canister, which they learned was radioactive. King Peacock requested backup from Robyn and Jeff, who were at Chemicals and Lightning on Century Street, with Irma Geddon and Girl One. At the precinct, Jetman was arguing with the Gograhs. Jack Phantom went to pathology, where Peregrine told her that they may have a lead on the Libra Killer, now that they had Annette. Jack, Kemlo, Shock-Headed Pete, and Dust Devil left the precinct with Annette to investigate an alley she had stumbled upon.
