The Technosapiens come from another universe inside the Multiverse.
History
They are made up from races all over the universe, infected by a cyber-parasite that takes over their brains. They were attracted to Earth by modifications made to cybertech by Silas Stone in an attempt to save his wife, Elinore.[1] When the Tekbreakers came to Prime Earth hoping to find technology to stop the plague, the Technosapiens sensed Cyborg's tech and followed. Cyborg was able to hack into their shared network and rewrite the programming. Some of the Technosapiens escaped but those left behind were cured of the infection.[2]
