History
They were developed to replace the missing super-soldiers in the Team 7 unit. The government spent millions of dollars training them, and they were massacred on one of their first missions. They had been sent to deactivate a nuclear stockpile in Cambodia. This forced the government to pardon Team 7 for their crimes.[1]
