Fully equipped, Jack Knight returns to the circus to mete out justice. He is captured by the freaks, who tell him that Bliss is keeping them all prisoner, using some sort of mental power. Jack confronts Bliss, and with Mikaal Tomas's help, defeats him, thus freeing everyone.
