Synopsis for "Misery Loves..."

Miss Misery is summoned to a personal meeting with Tao, who wants her to monitor Holden Carver concerning his loyalty after the death of Triple X-Ray. Misery, however, is skeptical of Holden's question of loyalty.

Meanwhile, Holden is meeting with John Lynch, who is disappointed in letting the codebreaker to die. In response, Holden rebuke for allowing Triple X-Ray's death for using him as a mole and for harboring a child. Though Lynch clarifies that the codebreaker was actually a thirty year old man. Moving aside, Holden want the meeting in moving their time against Tao. Lynch is perplexed, but then realizes that Tao is threatening Miss Misery. After receiving a phone call from his cellphone, Lynch has to leave.

Lynch meets the caller, Veronica St. James, who wants to see Holden. However, Lynch reminds her that under Holden's requests she must be kept away from him and threatens to reassign her. Veronica relents and is tasked in monitoring Miss Misery.

Misery, in question, is committing a series violence towards unsuspecting bystanders in her path to strengthening herself. Such as beating a commuter and pushing an elderly man in a wheelchair into oncoming traffic. After having sex with a cab driver and then killing him, Misery receives a phone call from Holden, who tells her that she is being followed, which she is already well aware.

Both Veronica and an agent watches Misery's moves, and then notices that she had walked into the Hampton Arms, where their people are stationed to monitor Misery's movement. Misery kills everyone on the bottom floor and proceeds to the roof, where an escape helicopter is located, and kills the building's techies. Veronica herself arrives at the Hampton Arms. Refusing to stay down from Lynch, she heads up to the roof where she finds Misery's victims and is ambushed by her. After beating down Veronica, Misery recognizes her and reluctantly spares her life. This costs her to become sick again and forces her to kill another innocent bystander to make herself healthy.

The next day, Misery meets with Tao and tells him that after a series of serious thinking, she decides that there are some things that he needs to know about Holden. Because she believes that they all trusted Holden too much.
