The Pook was the constant companion of Anomie Zitar of the Sun Devils.
History
The Pook was a small, ugly, mute creature of unknown origin and apparently limited intellect. Limbless, the fur covered Pook apparently moved by undulating on its stomach, which appeared to be covered in tiny suckers. Fiercely loyal to Anomie, the Pook gave its life defending her from a Sauroid warrior which it bit in the ankle; the Sauroid retaliated by blasting the Pook with a laser pistol, which some might consider a bit of an over reaction given that the Sauroid was wearing thick boots at the time and probably didn't even feel the poor Pook's bite.
