Synopsis for "Whip"
On Praxis Prime, Lobo got out of bed and left behind two female companions. He went to a nightclub, where he met a geologist named Varnu Vain and killed his bodyguards, then briefly interrogated him before he was killed by a shot to the head. Armed professionals attacked Lobo before he killed them all, even killing one who offered to reveal who they were working for. Lobo walked around the planet before more professionals pointed theri weapons at him and surrounded his two female companions. Then, he met a female named Kadra, who represented Void Whisper. Kadra offered to tell Lobo who targeted Czarnia if he cooperated with them and told him about a game being played that used assassins as pawns, with one player ordering the Void Whisper to destroy Earth and the other hiring the Czarnian to protect it. Before leaving with Kadra, Lobo kissed his two female companions and spat a bomb into one of their mouths before her head exploded. Kadra gave Lobo new targets, most who have crossed the Void Whisper in some way.
On another planet, Lobo visited his first target, a priest who was manipulating two sides of a conflict. As Lobo interrogated the priest, he saw a tracker come out of his eye before a Thanagarian, a Daemonite, and a Martian all flew above him.
