Synopsis for "The Last Czarnian (Part IV of IV): The Last Last Czarnian"

Lobo grew dissatisfied with Revel-7 and stuffed and locked Miss Tribb in a closet before looking for a phone. On Cairn, Vril Dox was notified that Lobo was broadcasting his intention to kill everyone on Revel-7. Vril Dox ordered a battalion of shock troops to be dispatched. Lobo's broadcast caused panic on Revel-7, as people struggled to flee.

The League of Decency orbited Revel-7 and detected the trucker convoy nearby. The convoy planned to reach Lobo before the League of Decency. The Sons of Lobo followed the truckers, who were entering the planet, and followed them. The truckers were about to collide with the Oneida Police ship, so the ship took evasive action. Back on Revel, Lobo was singing and drinking when the League of Decency arrived and fired lasers at buildings on the planet upon seeing signs they deemed to be indecent. The Pan-Galactic Demolition Dance Company orbited Revel-7 before crashing their ship during a mass exodus, as Lobo and Miss Tribb left the planet on the Spacehog. Lobo delivered Miss Tribb to Vril Dox before snapping her neck in front of him. The Main Man claimed that part of the deal was delivering Miss Tribb to L.E.G.I.O.N. custody alive, but nothing about AFTER they had custody. Then, Lobo parted ways with the upset Coluan.
