Kkrudd (New Earth)

Kkrudd was a member of the Green Lantern Corps.

History

Kkrudd was a Green Lantern that abused his power and became an oppressive ruler. To punish the rogue Lantern, the Guardians of the Universe recruited Probert as a provisional Lantern. Probert rejected the ring but accepted the job for personal reasons: Kkrudd had kidnapped his lover, Poola Sidd. Armed with only a gun, Probert stormed into Kkrudd's castle. The Green Lantern forced Probert to retreat, but Probert stumbled into a power battery and used its power to take down Kkrudd. Being defeated and having his ring-finger cut off, Kkrudd's oppressive rule came to an end, and the Guardians took him to custody.^[1]
