Jeffrey "Jeff" Smith is a member of the Time Masters, a team of time travelers founded by Rip Hunter. He is an expert in the field of temporal mechanics, quantum theory and the relationship between energy and matter. Jeff Smith was created by Jack Miller and Ruben Moreira, first appearing in Showcase #20 (1959).
