The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse are a quartet of powerful biblical entities that personified the four prime concepts that drive the Apocalypse. They are respectively known as War, Famine, Pestilence (sometimes Plague), and Death. In Earth-One, the Four Horsemen were created by the Adjudicator to test the worthiness of four different Earths in the Multiverse, and they were opposed by different heroes; like Teen Titans, Zatanna and Wonder Woman.
The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse were adapted by Bob Haney, first appearing in Teen Titans #37 (1972).
