Fenris, also known as Fenrir, is a giant demigod wolf and the son of Loki in Norse mythology. He lived in a simulacrum of Ragnarok, where the Justice Society of America fought him and other Asgardian gods. He was destined to devour Odin during the Ragnarok day.
Another version of Fenris is one of the Archai, a child of the Nameless One from the dream realm of Arkana. Fenris was adapted by Roy Thomas and Dann Thomas, first appearing in Last Days of the Justice Society Special #1 (1986)
