Earth 31 is one of the worlds of the Multiverse in the New 52.
History
Global climate changes and natural disasters have created a post-apocalyptic drowned world. In this world, the crew of the Flying Fox, led by Captain Leatherwing and including the likes of Robin Redblade and several more, fight to preserve the safety of the Seven Seas.[2]
