Daniel HDR

Daniel HDR (b. July 3, 1974) is a comic book artist.

Professional History

Born in Porto Alegre (Brazil), in 1974, began as a professional in comics with only 14 years, at first participating in illustrations for comic books that offered space for the reader's art, and soon working as an illustrator for local publishers as Press Editora, D'Arte, Ondas, and others.

In 1995, start publishing at the north-american comics publishers and Dark Horse Press. For the latter, developed the official adaptation for manga of the animated series Digimon.

In 2005, sign as exclusive artist with Avatar Press . Start a long work at Lady Death books (Classic Lady Death and Medieval Lady Death), with Lady Death's creator Brian Pulido. In 2006 your work with Pulido in Mini-Series (published on Avatar Press) are nominated as BEST SCREEN-TO-COMIC ADAPTATION, on the TV .

His new works including X-Men Forever (#22), Marvel/Rittenhouse sketchcards series (Spider man Arquives, X-Men Arquives, Marvel - 70th Anniversary, Marvel Heroes and Villains series), concept art to electronic games (Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2), and recently, heve been worked with DC COMICS (DC Universe Online, Stormwatch, R.E.B.E.L.S, Ravagers, Fury of Firestorm, Legion Of Super-Heroes, Green Lantern Corps, Superman, Smallville - Season 11/Chaos/Harginger, Secret Origins).
