History
Copper artifacts are the principal export.
A thousand years ago, the ancestors of the Dalsidi had been master scientists, and had perfected an alchemical version of cloning, called "Twinning". These and other scientific secrets were lost for centuries, but rediscovered due to a cave-in within the Dalsidi's mostly-subterranean city.
In the late 1970s, at the direction of Dalsidi's Grand Mukta, a worldwide conspiracy attempted to take over the world's nations and industries, using clones of many national and technological leaders. The scheme was quashed by the combined efforts of Superman and Batman.
