The tiny remote theocracy of Dabat was the site of two showdowns between the famous Blackhawk Squadron and "The Flame."
History
In 1947 the Blackhawk Squadron helped the ruler of the Forbidden City of Dabat to apprehend and exile a dangerous criminal schemer calling herself "the Flame." Exile into the Himalayan wilderness was seemingly a death sentence, but the Flame survived, and established at least two secret airbases, in a South Asian jungle and in a North Indian mountain range, along with a third base on a nameless island in the Pacific Ocean.
In 1950 the Flame returned to Dabat for revenge, bringing with her a number of mercenaries, and half a dozen stolen Blackhawk Jets.
