Cybersaw was a member of the Doomslayers.
History
The Doomslayers went on a violent rampage throughout the Midwest. Cybersaw had cybernetic enhancements that could change his arms into knives at a molecular level.
In the town of Bloomfield, they were stopped by Superman and Diode the Invincible. Diode used his power fork to fuse Cybersaw's hands together, after which he could be arrested.
