History

At the end of the 1930s, the small European nation of Bolaria was invaded by its totalitarian neighboring nation, Luxor. The U.S. Government moved to renegotiate several Neutrality Laws, and to that end sent both an ambassador, and an American secret agent impersonating that ambassador, to Europe, by two different routes. Both were captured and taken to Luxor. The spy fought through a number of Luxorian troops, stole a Luxorian airplane, and along with the real ambassador he flew to Bolaria, where with difficulty he and the ambassador persuaded the Bolarian military that they weren't Luxorians. Negotiations followed, and after a week, a new treaty had been established.
