Ysilik also known as "The Shadow Realm", where the "Sisters Sightless spun there webs" was the kingdom of Achidna where she ruled.
History
According to the Chancellor, many of the Dead King's adversaries escaped there after he overthrew Argul. He then led an army there to destroy his enemies in which Achidna herself barely escaped.
