Living Crown

The Living Crown was traditionally worn by the Gelfling All-Maudra during the Age of Division. It consisted of seven detachable pieces, and was disassembled upon an All-Maudra's death. Six of the pieces would then be delivered to six subordinate Maudras, via windsifters, who would journey to Ha'rar in order to reassemble the Crown, symbolizing the unity of the Gelfling race.^[1] It fell into disuse during the short reign of All-Maudra Seladon, who deemed it tainted by her mother Mayrin's betrayal of the Skeksis, and later destroyed when Fara resisted.
