Limiter is a recurring enemy in the Darius series.

Details

Limiters appear as floating silver amoebas. They don't attack the player directly, floating from the bottom of the screen to the top. Upon being shot they'll divide themselves into two smaller Limiters, which can then be destroyed. As such, colored Limiters will release two power up orbs at the same time instead of a single one.
