Humans (人間, Ningen^?) are the dominant race of the Earth.

Overview

Humans are the dominant species on planet Earth. Although their exact origin is still debated, it is believed that they evolved from primate ancestors millions of years ago.

Biology

Humans are bipedal with an upright posture. They possess a highly developed brain that enables them to reason, create complex tools, and communicate through advanced language. Their bodies are covered with skin and, to a lesser extent, hair.

Overall Strength

Humans are not the physically strongest species on Earth, but their intelligence and ability to collaborate in groups have allowed them to develop advanced technologies. These include firearms, explosives, and war vehicles. They have also designed protective equipment such as bulletproof vests and heavy machinery. On a space exploration level, humans have developed spacecraft and probes capable of exploring other planets, although they have not yet achieved teleportation technology.

Psychics Mediums

Mediums or psychics are a small group of humans who possess supernatural abilities either by training, accident or birth, they are mainly able to see spirits and magical creatures, the most powerful can acquire telekinetic and telepathic abilities, others choose to practice spiritual magic to be able to directly confront monsters and yokai.

Beliefs

Throughout history, humans have developed multiple belief systems and religions. These often revolve around deities they consider to be protectors or creators of the universe. Religious practices vary, but many include daily rituals such as prayers or meditations. In times of crisis, humans tend to seek comfort in their beliefs, relying on divine intervention or their own capabilities to overcome adversity. Ironically, while some humans reject the existence of a supreme being, many still find purpose or meaning in actions that reflect universal values, such as compassion and hope. Human evolution, including their expansion to different parts of the world, is also the subject of myths and stories passed down through generations.
