Barry Lewis is a character from "Rampage".

In 1995, he was a security guard at the Woodland Valley Mall. Barry was also seen as a pathetic loner and desperately needy of friends. One day, he caught Tina stealing a video camera, so Barry took her in and threatened to call her parents. However, Neal Hanlon and Cameron Coulter, two high school students and best friends, came into his office. Since those two boys were the only ones who "gave [him] respect", Barry showed them the mall security system and revealed that most of the camera were fake, because the managers of the mall were a "bunch of tightwads". When the boys mentioned they could easily bring a machine gun and shoot up the mall, Barry agreed that would be a sight to see, thinking they were just joking. Shortly after, Cameron and Neal stole the video camera for themselves.

Days later, to his horror, Barry realised too late Cameron and Neal weren't joking when the boys brought assault rifles and perpetuated the Woodland Valley Mall massacre, killing 15 people and injuring seven others. Barry was one of the injured after Cameron shot him. He tearfully begged the boys not to kill him, to which Neal responded with to let him bleed. Fortunately, Barry was brought back by Tina, who tended to his wound and tried to encourage him to hold on and to live on despite the pain. Barry later observed as Dayton Moore walked around the corner and declared, "I did this... all of it... it's all my fault".

Barry survived but was left paralyzed because of his injuries, putting him a wheelchair. He grew from his near-death experience, taking what Tina said to him to heart. Barry eventually got married and became a father to a young son.

In 2006, Barry's now a guard at another mall. When the Woodland Valley Mall case is reopened due to the discovery a third person was involved in the shooting, Detectives Nick Vera and Scotty Valens visited Barry. When questioned about the missing video camera and showing Cameron and Neal the mall security system, Barry explained that the teenage killers stole the camera from his desk and showing them the system didn't matter, as they just wanted to be seen on camera for the fame of it. Barry later told the detectives what Dayton said to him and Tina during the shooting. He is last seen enjoying his life with his family.
