The salvage bay is a GLA tech structure in Command & Conquer, that provides upgrades for standard vehicles produced from the GLA war factory.

The salvage bay provides the following upgrades for purchase:

Place IED
Allows the Technical to set a camouflaged explosive at the target area, which detonates when an enemy unit comes close.

Scrap Repair
Allows GLA vehicles to self-repair when not in combat.
Costs $1000 and 45 seconds to research. Hotkey: W.

|
Unload
Allows the Sandstorm to fire all of its rockets at once. However, this ability renders the Sandstorm unable to defend itself for a period of time.
