The People's Republic of China sent a Chinese Commander to attack GLA outposts and positions during the GLA Conflict. Little is known about him or his life and his known allies are Black Lotus and Lin Zhong, the Chinese intelligence officer.
Storyline
Generals
Immediately after GLA disrupted a parade in Bejing with a nuclear weapon, the Chinese Commander was summoned to lead any surviving forces in the area and destroy their own nuclear stockpile and prevent GLA from seizing it.
Next, he was deployed at Hong Kong to rout out a GLA cell there, which he does by destroying the Hong Kong Exhibition Center.
At the Three Gorges Dam, the Commander's forces were not successful at keeping out the GLA, forcing them to destroy the dam and build up an attack force, ultimately allowing them to defeat the GLA there.
In Tibet, the Commander successfully broke through the GLA defenders and took back a captured War Factory, giving them a much-needed tactical advantage to assault and destroy a GLA-controlled Toxin Factory.
When the GLA took hold in Balykchy, the Commander, with occasional aid from USA Carpet Bombers, managed to prevail as he gradually demolished their positions.
The GLA continued to commandeer Chinese rail lines for reinforcements, which prompts the Commander to infiltrate the GLA-occupied Bishkek with another strike force and successfully destroys a rail bridge, sinking the train and cutting them off. Eventually, he takes charge in their final offense in Aldastan. Despite losses to a GLA ambush and the looming threat of an enemy superweapon deployment, they struck a decisive blow by eradicating all GLA presence in Dushanbe.
Zero Hour
After a nuclear strike on the captured US Central Command in Stuttgart, the Chinese Commander followed up with an assault that eradicated all GLA presence.
Then, the Chinese Commander had to defend a power plant against a retaliatory GLA assault.
In Corburg, Germany, the Chinese Commander spearheaded the operation to destroy GLA statues and drive them from the area, turning international opinion in China's favor.
In Haberstadt, the Chinese Commander surrounded and crushed six GLA waves retreating from Germany
Eventually, the GLA captured the last US base. Despite their use of captured American hardware, the Chinese Commander's forces ultimately prevail.

Ten years later, the tragic loss of all the world's, including China's own, politicians, diplomats, and activists would leave only generals like him to take up arms and fight against the filth to instigate such a heinous atrocity that is the GLA. Consequently, starting a new war of survival of the fittest. It's unknown if he himself will take up this mantle once more to have the GLA face the full brunt of China's wrath.
Trivia
- In the game, he is designed as a PLA Commander. But in the cover arts and promotional materials, he wears a cap that has a badge of the China People's Armed Police Force. The badge of PLA is a red star with a “八一(August 1st)” in it. And the badge of China People's Armed Police has a national emblem.
