Sid is one of the soldiers of the holy city Rabona and is very close to fellow soldier Galk.
Appearance
Sid had short, blonde hair during his first appearance. After the time-skip his hair is longer and is tied into a ponytail. He is always seen wearing armour of some sort.
Personality
Sid appears arrogant, brash and short-tempered during his first appearance. Initially, he despised Claymores, but this perception changes after meeting Clare. After seven years, he seems to be much less arrogant and no longer possesses the rude qualities he previously had. He even helps the Claymores escape the city guards when they were caught.
Abilities
In his first appearance, Sid wielded mutliple throwing knives which he used with great precision and speed. After the time-skip, he wields a short sword.
Agatha also compliments him on his steathy, cautious steps when he was attempting to sneak up on her.
Plot
Meeting with Clare
Sid is first seen fighting against Clare with Galk, while on patrol. She manages to escape them and heads off to kill the Yoma she was assigned to slay. However, the Yoma was far more powerful than she expected, meaning both Galk and Sid join the fight to help her. He breaks his leg during this fight. Clare saves his life during this fight, which ends his hatred of Claymores. He later sees her and Raki off when they leave the city and gives her a goodbye kiss (to which Raki responds by kicking him in the crotch in the manga, and the two start a fist fight).
After Seven Years
He appears after the 7 year time skip and helps Miata and Clarice evade some guards. He does not seem to have the same arrogance or other rude qualities as he did during his first appearance. Later when the Former Number 2 awakened being Agatha attacks, he is used as the central point in the defenders efforts to take her down. While the guards distract her, he attacks her from behind ; he is caught one step away from attacking her however. She commends him on his skill and offers to "have some fun" with him on account of his handsomeness, when he refuses she proceed in trying to kill him but he is saved by Galatea. He reveals that Raki had come to Rabona one year prior to Clare's arrival still looking for her. He also comments on Raki's growth. He later joins Galk in the defense of Rabona when it is attacked by yoma sent by the Organization.
