Obaba is what the Makabes call the family matriarch. She is a tough, no nonsense old lady with supernatural strength and wrestling moves to back up her demands. She owns Mokumesei Manor and expects rent to be paid on time monthly, or she'll take your life as collateral.
Obaba simply means "Old Lady" or "Granny."
Appearance
Obaba has brown hair and large, round glasses. She wears a purple sweater over a white shirt, sandals, and usually has a green bandana tied around her neck. She is shorter than many other characters on account of her slightly bent back.
Personality
While Obaba doesn't go out of her way to find people to boss around, she will take every chance to hold someone responsible for something. She has an disproportionate hatred for Nagumo.

Nagumo
Wanted rent from her in the first chapter. Was able to do a wrestling move on her. She can't stand Nagumo's indiscipline, that's why she always tries to put her to work, tricks her or catches her every time she can find her.
Honkan
Made him steal Nagumo's stuff (until he was caught.)
