Citadel
The Human Enigma
Nadia Sinh is one of the top agents for the organization, Citadel. She is in Italy for a mission to intercept Gregor Yovanovich. On the mission, Nadia calls in to her colleague Bernard to alert him she has Gregor in sight. He tells Nadia he has a bag with highly enriched uranium that he intends to sell to nefarious bidders. Bernard advises Nadia on the weapons she has in her purse and she hangs up.
A man approaches Nadia and asks her in Italian if anyone is sitting next to her. She recognizes him as Mason and assures him she can handle this case on her own. He tells her Grace said they needed the best on this and that they are a team.
The target moves and Nadia grabs Mason and kisses him to keep cover. Gregor's backup follows Nadia. Nadia makes it to the dining car and puts on red lipstick before approaching Gregor. She passes him his ID card and asks him if he lost it. She asks to join him and introduces herself as Charlotte. She points a gun at him and he guesses she is from Citadel, assuming originally that Citadel was just a myth. He calls her Nadia and tells her that his people fed her people false information so that he could hand deliver her a message.
Gregor hands Nadia a computer screen to show her a video of the destruction of Citadel offices and personnel across the world. She points her gun at him but Gregor's back up from all over the dining car point guns at her. A fight ensues. Nadia manages to shoot Gregor and some of his men. Mason and Nadia kill everyone and she tells Mason they were set up and that they're burning Citadel to the ground.
Nadia admits she lied to him and Mason admits he lied back. Bernard tries to connect to the audio but can't. Gregor, almost dead, tells them that Manticore will always win. He detonates a bomb on board and the train railcar derails and lands in the river. Nadia manages to survive the crash.
Spies Appear In Night Time
Eight years earlier, Nadia climbs her way out of the lake after the train crash. She addresses her wounds and tries to connect with Bernard. She warns him Citadel is compromised. He told her he initiated Backstop and that she has two hours. Nadia walks through the woods and flags down an Italian man, murmuring "hospital" as she falls into his arms.
Nadia wakes up chained to a bed. The man who picked her up earlier sits with a gun in his lap watching her. He tells her he found a bullet in her and she insists they go to a hospital despite his assurance that he can take care of her. She breaks her way out of the bed and fights the man, killing him. She hears Backstop initiate so she writes herself a message on her arm before eventually passing out. Later, she wakes up without any of her memories. She leaves.
Eight years later, Nadia is working at a restaurant in Valencia. Mason tracks her down and tries to tell her who she really is but she doesn’t believe him. Davik Silje tracks them and starts shooting at them. A fight breaks out and Nadia injects herself with a memory vial in the X Case Mason brought. Her memories all come back and she remembers how to fight. They beat Davik and escape.
Infinite Shadows
Nadia brings Mason to Citadel’s warehouse and assures him they’ll be safe because she disabled the tracker in the x-case. Inside, she treats his gunshot wound and tells him a bit more about their past.
In a flashback, Nadia was a new agent who stepped in to help (and save) Mason on a mission in Iran. Eventually, they had a romantic relationship.
In present, at the Citadel Safe house, Nadia logs into a computer. She types in “How’s the weather?” An unknown number replies “mostly sunny” and asks if it’s really her. She asks about a package and the person replies that it’s waiting or her.
Nadia opens the x-case and sees a message from Carter Spence. She's intent on saving him if he's still alive and asks Mason for his help.
Tell Her Everything
Nadia and Mason sneak into a Manticore Black Site in Morocco to rescue Carter. They fight and shoot at several guards to get through. They find Carter who accuses Mason of putting him there.
In a flashback to ten years earlier, Mason and Nadia are in Paris together, having fun and drinking champagne in their hotel room. Nadia introduces Mason to Celeste Graham as the new tier-one agent on their team. She and Mason send Celeste on an undercover mission. After several months, Mason thinks Celeste is a mole who can't be trusted, but Nadia objects. He brings Celeste in for questioning and Nadia tries to intervene, but Mason tells her to stay out of it, because she's too close to the situation.
However, when Mason threatens Celeste's brother's life- Nadia steps in and tells him to back off.
In the present, Carter, still confused, turns to Nadia and implies she is actually the one responsible for him being in that cell.
Time Renders Us Enemies
In a flashback, Mason proposed to Nadia and she accepted. However, later she finds out that Mason was behind Celeste being backstopped. She realized he lied to her so she confronts him. She decides to end the engagement and shut him out.
Nadia finds out she's pregnant and so she contacts her father, Rahi Gambhir, in secret and asks for his help. He secures her a ticket to Valencia to have the baby. Nadia gives birth to a baby girl, Asha, but she never tells Mason about her.
In the present, Nadia defends her innocence to Carter who believes she is a spy. She explains who Rahi is and that she wasn't in contact with him, because of Manticore, but rather because she had a child.
Secrets in Night Need Early Rains
In Morocco, Nadia, Mason, and Carter get assigned a mission to hack into a Russian nuclear submarine to obtain nuclear weapons for Dahlia Archer, who has taken and threatened her daughter. She undertakes the mission with Mason and Carter’s help and successfully gets the weapons to trade with Dahlia’s accomplice, Cristoph, who is now holding Asha hostage. They make a trade but the nuclear cores are encrypted. Nadia shoots at Cristoph and her accomplices. She hugs Asha and they make a run for it.
Appearance
Nadia has long black hair, brown eyes, and milky brown skin. She is very beautiful and often wears clothing to accentuate her figure.
Personality
Nadia is a very confident woman who is eager to be the best. After the train accident, she become a quiet hardworking woman. However, once she gets her memory back, she turns back into her old self - fearless and ready for a fight.
Trivia
- Nadia's father Rahi Gambhir, didn't know she was alive until eight years later after the presumed death of Honey and their unborn child.
- Similar to Nadia's daughter Asha didn't know about her father Mason Kane until she was eight years old.
