Zastope is one of the Zasto brothers that will spend time begging by Goltica Chocolate Factory during the summer time during Event 79 - Kids asked for things, probably because they are out of school.
Event 79 - Kids asked for things occurs during the Summer (June-August) once the protagonist has unlocked Poqui Town. Driving to the Southwestern corner of Poqui Town at any time during this period will start a cutscene involving the Zasto brothers, Zastop, Zastopi, and Zastope.
This event will always remove 300G from the protagonist's wallet, but only needs to be completed once for the event to be completed, despite this encounter being available for the entirety of the game, even after the Poqui Town roads have been repaired later in the game
When begging for money, he may try to show off his talent of breakdancing to try to impress the protagonist. Concerningly, he also believes that farting in the protagonist's face will make them give up the money. Zastope will explain that he hasn't had anything to eat because he doesn't have money, and state that he can't see his friends.
