Zamelke shares a residency in Poqui Town with his brothers Zamelk and Zamelki that they are renting out together. All three work for Goltica's Chocolate Factory, although they only have one set of tires, therefore, only one can go to work at a time while the others stay home and house sit. The Zamel brothers are known to be quite poor and are barely getting by. Zamelke wishes that he had a pair of tires to go outside for anything other than work.
When first meeting Zamelke at night in Event 27 - A set of tires, both him and Zamelki begin jumping to various conclusions about the protagonist. Zamelki explains that he needs the protagonist to go and find their brother, Zamelk, as he currently has their single set of tires, and that he needs to come home as soon as possible. Thus, the protagonist is sent on their way to find their brother.
After completing (or failing) Event 27 - A set of tires, when visiting the Zamel Brothers' house during the Spring (March–May), the protagonist finds Zamelki in a panic. He will explain how his brother Zamelke has been involved in an accident at Goltica Chocolate Factory, and he can't go as he does not have a set of tires. The protagonist must go on his behalf, thus activating Event 73 - Rescued Zamelke! The protagonist meets up with Goltica who explains that someone is stuck against a pressure rod, so the protagonist heads inside the factory to find and free Zamelke in the Chocolate Factory Searching Game. Throughout the building, Zamelke's shouts grow forever desperate to be freed from the pressure rod he was stuck against. He sees the protagonist approaching him and tells them to hit the pressure rod a few times so that he can get free. Upon doing so, Zamelke is freed and thanks the protagonist for saving him. He encourages the protagonist to stop by his brothers' place so they can praise the protagonist together.
