Ulanla, also known as "UraSora" to some is a fortune teller based in Noise City. Those who know her find her a bit weird. When talking to her, she will ask if the protagonist would like to have their fortune told. She believes by the look of their face that one day they may become something really gret. Ulanla finds them interesting.

Upon agreeing to her fortune telling, she appears to hint about the different type of quests that the protagonist has not done yet. Each time a quest is completed that matches with the fortune she has told, she will tell another fortune instead, hinting at a different quest that the protagonist will need to do for someone.

Trivia

Ulanla has the same body (Toyota Celica GT-Four ST185) as the Fortune Teller from Choro-Q HG 2, but is a different color.
Strangely, in debug mode, it states her name is "UraSora" which is a name she calls herself by.

FroKero will also mention her as "UraSora" as well when asking to deliver her Frog Ornament.

It is confirmed that Ulanla is a female character. This is supported by the following points/arguments:

FroKero uses female pronouns to describe her during the Frog Ornament Quest.
Her unique theme only lasts for a few seconds and plays on a loop.

It is noted that both fortune tellers, Ulanla and Boyna from Choro-Q HG 4 are known to be weird Choro-Qs by their peers.
