The Package is a quest item for Stamp 64 given by Lettar in White Mountain who runs the post office. Unfortunately, he had hurt himself and needs someone to deliver his last Package. He will ask if the protagonist could deliver it to Jousset in Peach Town as he is too injured to do so himself.
