The Love Sick Meter is girly-themed speedometer. In order to initially obtain it, one must complete meet and save Otomi during Stamp 17. Stamp 17 requires pushing the Guard away from the box in order to reveal a secret room underneath. This is where Otomi is found being locked up inside. For saving her, she will reward the protagonist with the Love Sick Meter.
Once obtained for the first time, the Love Sick Meter will be added in Suess' Parts Shop inventory in My City and can be bought for 100(units).
