Letoba

Letoba is the cafe owner of Letoba's Cafe found northwest of the fountain in Brachy Town. Visiting her cafe at any time will occasionally result in her giving the protagonist items that can be used to synthesize parts at Fotbar Laboratory.

After beating Bidalt in his street race and meeting Norahike during Event 2 - Here are the Tough Chicks!, Letoba sends the protagonist a letter to come to her cafe as it is the best cafe in Brachy Town. If the protagonist visits her and chooses to stay and listen, this will activate Event 4 - Heard about the Emperor. She will talk about the Emperor of Races, Otto, and how he had won a series of victories in the past. Although had disappeared now, it is rumored that he will race when he feels like it. Letoba states that it may be possible for the protagonist may encounter him one day.
