Kinsera is a peach farmer based in Peach Town living in a farmhouse down the road that leads towards the riverside. When first visiting him, he notices that the protagonist is new to Peach Town and explains that here at his farm they make peach-flavored wine. He will also ask how does his farm look to the protagonist. The protagonist may agree that his farm looks great which makes Kinsera quite happy. In return for the kind gesture, Kinsera provides the protagonist with his Local Peach Wine which will be placed within the Garage in My City as a decoration. Stamp 2 will also be rewarded for liking his farm.

Kinsera is one of the many recruitable teammates available in Peach Town. In order for him to become recruitable, Stamp 2 must be completed by complementing Kinsera's farm then one also must beat him in Peach Raceway as well. Afterwards, Kinsera can be added to the team.
