Dublabni is one of the many roaming residents of Poqui Town that may appear on some visits to the town. He will tell the protagonist to visit the drive-in called, Thunderball Drive-In as there are many different Choro-Q gathering there, though ironically, one cannot actually meet other Choro-Q in the building aside Grayka. The location is considered a haven of rest for many. Dublabni will also talk about an old man named Zeltaf and mention later on that the Tough Chicks had stopped doing bad things recently all because of the protagonist.

• It is theorized that Dublabni is a male character. This is supported by the following points/arguments:

• Dublabni's name is similar to Dublonik's name and Dublonik is a male character.
