Commander Ed Fogel is the commander of the 24th District of the Chicago Police Department. He was portrayed by Ian Bedford.
Biography
Ed Fogel is a commander at the 24th District. He assigned Julie Tay to the foot beat at 26th and Cal when she refused to be his mistress. However, she would later meet Trudy Platt who gave her a better position at the 21st District.
Ed Fogel would later find out and put her back on foot beat.
