Biography
Emma is a 45-year-old woman who works in management at the Tower Hamlets burrough. She owns a nice flat where Connor often comes to play video games. She was raised by her grandmother, who adopts Orlando, the abused dachshund.
Personality
She seems to genuinely love Connor, despite his immaturity and their age gap. She also attempts to become closer to Tracey, often calling her 'Trace,' touching her hair, inviting her to dinner, and making too-friendly jokes-- all of which Tracey shuts down immediately. She may be jealous of Tracey and Connor's close friendship, once saying that the miming they do to each other is "rude."
