Tipket is a powerful Egyptian high priestess from the ancient ages, who served the pharaoh. She is the one who transformed Hoptith into a cat to stop her from raising demons on Earth. Tipket only appears in Shadow of the Sphinx.
History
Tipket ensured the curse she placed on Hoptith could only be undone by good magic. When Piper and Phoebe accidentally set the woman free while on a quest the find their lost sister, Paige, they went back to Egypt to look for her. However, they were quickly imprisoned. Tipket's acolyte, Mailin, learned from the sisters about Hoptith's release and went to warn the priestess just as the dark sorceress came back. Tipket believed the sisters were good due to their ability to undo her magic, and helped them defeat the monsters Hoptith conjured up. They found Paige and returned her to human form, but the reunion was cut short when a group of Skull Headed Demons stormed the chamber. Piper, Phoebe, Paige, Mailin, Tipket, and Paige's friend, Tyler put up a strong fight, but in the end, they lost Tyler.
Tipket showed Paige Tyler's soul in Duat, the Egyptian section of the Underworld, where he was deemed worthy of eternal happiness by the gods, and moved on to the afterlife. Tipket and her group remained in Egypt while the sisters went back to their own time to fight Hoptith, but not before Tipket taught them the spell to change her back into a cat. After all was done, Tipket saw the sisters off as they went their separate ways.
