Santa Costa is the small rural town in California where Gail Altman, Amanda and Helen lived.
History
Gail Altman lured the Charmed Ones to Santa Costa to steal their powers and transfer them Cryto in exchange for restoring their youth and beauty. Though the demon agreed, he only restored Gail's, and killed Amanda and Helen, and forced her to target more people. The Charmed Ones were eventually able to take back their powers and banish the demon once more.[1]
