Inspector Miles was an inspector with the San Francisco Police Department. He interviewed Phoebe Halliwell when she reported Cole Turner as missing to avoid suspicion.
History
After they had vanquished Cole Turner, Phoebe Halliwell and her sisters called Darryl Morris to help them cover up his disappearance. Darryl informed her that she needed to report Cole missing, to avoid suspicion falling on her when others noticed his disappearance.
Along with Leo and Darryl, Phoebe went to the inspector to report Cole missing. During the interview, the inspector angered her unborn child by insulting Cole. The child then formed a fireball, which Phoebe threw in the trash can before the inspector noticed. As Darryl and the inspector put out the fire, Phoebe suddenly felt a pain in her stomach and Leo took her home.
