Gray was a demon under employment of the demonic Soul Trader Zahn. He collected the souls of the people who had made Faustian Deals with his boss.
History
One night, while Paige Matthews was temping for Larry Henderson, he sent her home with an envelope full of money, as he knew his time would be up at midnight. Shortly after Paige left, Grey and another demon arrived to claim Larry's soul. However, feeling it was too much money, Paige returned and vanquished the other demon. Gray then tried to kill her, but Larry saved her by jumping in front of the energy ball, killing him. As Larry's soul left his body, Gray retreated.

- Active Powers
- Energy Ball: The ability to throw deadly spheres of energy. Unlike most demons, Gray's Energy Balls were red in color.
- Flaming: A form of teleportation in which the user appears and disappears through flames.
