Fire Breathing is the ability to emit a powerful stream of fire from one's mouth, which is capable of vanquishing even upper-level magical beings.
This power is characteristic only to a few magical beings. It can be assumed that, because of their biological structure, only those beings can utilize this ability. Other beings would presumably burn their throat if they used it, which would lead to death.
