Elves are good magical beings that live in the Enchanted Forest with other magical beings. Very little is known about Elves as only one Elf was ever seen in the series, which was the Elf Nanny.
Known Elves
The Elf Nanny was interviewed for a nanny position by Piper Halliwell and Leo Wyatt. However, she withdrew her application when she realized the manor was under constant demonic attack. Despite this, she later helped Piper by keeping an eye on Wyatt while she and her sisters were battling the Titans.
Another Elf appeared alongside many other magical beings to help the Charmed Ones fight Zankou and his demonic forces. She survived the attack on the manor and faded away.
Powers and Abilities

- Fading: The ability to teleport through a fading green light.
- Apportation: The ability to teleport objects from place to place.
- Sensing: The ability to sense the location and status of other beings.
Notes and Trivia
- Elves are heavily featured in the book Changeling Places. A demon named Lexor is threatening an elf village's children, and one of the elves Caitlyn Poppins agreed to help kidnap human babies in exchange for their own. When Wyatt Halliwell was among those swapped, the Charmed Ones stepped in. Their interference complicated the situation, and the elves decided to kidnap one of them, Piper, as peace offering to Lexor. Once the demon was vanquished, the Charmed Ones cast a spell that bound half of their powers to keep them from causing more trouble but with enough magic to protect themselves.
