Dick was a mortal whom once went on a lunch date with Prue Halliwell.
History
According to Prue and her sisters, Dick was a very boring guy, though Prue still agreed to go on a date with him. During a lunch at Café Le Blue, Dick mentioned that he didn't like taking long lunches. At that point, the Genie that had been sent to the Charmed Ones appeared in miniature form and possessed him by leaping into his mouth. The Genie then asked Prue what she wanted in a man, to which she replied she wanted to be excited by love again, which the Genie used as a wish to turn Prue into a teenager. After experiencing being a teenager again, Prue dumped Dick as she didn't want to settle for boring.
