Dex was a demon that was recruited by Cole Turner to help him take control of the Halliwell Manor and unearth the Nexus. He posed as Cole's head of security.
History
Dex blew out Paige Matthews' tire, and later helped frame Paige up for committing a hit-and-run. Later, he brought Phoebe to Cole's apartment because he believed that she was Kaia. For his mistake, Cole vanquished Dex with an Energy Ball.

- Technopathy: The ability to control and manipulate all forms of technology.
