Billy Beck (May 26, 1920 - June 29, 2011) was an American actor from Philadelphia, Penssylvania. He portrayed the wizard Rathmere in the season 6 episode "Spin City" and another unnamed Wizard in the season 7 episode "Witchness Protection".
