Adair was a member of the Tribunal and an Elder.
History
Adair and the rest of the Tribunal were present when the Charmed Ones and Gideon went on trial in their attempt to save Darryl Morris from being innocently executed. Barbas talked against them and pointed out all the times they failed to protect the secrecy of magic, which nearly came to conclude with the stripping of all the sisters' powers. However, Leo and Chris were able to prove Barbas's insincerity by forcing out a Phantasm that was working with him. The Tribunal then used their collective powers to change Darryl's fate, while also stripping Phoebe's individual powers as punishment for misusing her magic. Her powers could be earned back by proving herself responsible and devoted to protecting the world once more.
In 2010, the Court of Love deemed Phoebe's husband Coop Halliwell having grown irresponsible of his actions and decreed that he be separated from his family. Wanting to overthrow the decree, the Charmed Ones went to Cupid's Temple to confront the Cupid Judge, only to walk into a Tribunal meeting. They discussed matters of the Old Ones and urged the sisters to handle the situation, in exchange for allowing Coop to return to them. After finding out Prue Halliwell had become one with Heremus, an Old One, the Tribunal sent agents to kidnap Ben, Kyra, and Tyler to find ways to stop the Old Ones from rising. Unfortunately, during Mother's examination, Prue found a weak point in her confinement and escaped, arriving directly in front of the Tribunal. Though they all attacked at once, she easily slaughtered them, decimating the Tribunal.
