Mermen are marine magical creatures who can live both on land and in water. They are one of the nine original clans of magic who helped create the first Charmed Ones.

- Since mermen are revealed to exist within the world of the reboot, it can also be presumed that mermaids exist as well, although there was never an appearance of one in the series.
- Mermaids were first introduced to the original series in Season 5. One of the sisters, Phoebe, was also turned into a mermaid temporarily.
