The Twin is a Clow Card with the power to duplicate objects. It is aligned under The Firey.
It is one of the fifty-three Clow Cards in the anime.
Appearance
Twin's visible form is two small children with a pastel-yellow complexion, wearing costumes like those of jesters; with long sleeves, double-pointed hats, and spiked ruffs; pom-pom buttons line the front of their costumes, as well as decorating the tips of their hats, ruffs, and shoes. One of them has a pink tuft of hair on their forehead, while the other has a blue tuft.
Personality
The Twin appears to be a mischievous and feisty card.
Magic and Abilities
Duplication Magic: The Twin is able to produce duplicates of objects and people.
Fortune Telling: All Clow Cards have the ability to help their user predict the future. Their method of fortune-telling is similar to that of tarot cards. The interpretation of the message the Clow Cards relay depends on the magical power of the user.
Synopsis
Capture
In Episode 43 of the anime, the Twin causes mass chaos by duplicating things as a joke. Cerberus informs Sakura that both entities that comprise Twin must be captured at exactly the same time and that the only way to successfully attack them is by using two simultaneous attacks. Sakura and Syaoran tries to do it combining his lightning magic with The Thunder, but they are unable to coordinate right.
Syaoran and Meiling are able to successfully achieve this through their martial arts training, enabling them to overwhelm The Twin.[1]
Transformation
Twin's transformation is not shown in the series, although it is likely it is one of the four cards transformed in Episode 61.
